Exclusive
event pricing includes complete use of full karting
facility and staff, your choice of race format and
up to 120 drivers.
Per “hour” pricing
as follows for our Burnsville and Maple
Grove facilities:
All Locations with use of
8 karts
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm $ 615.00
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm $ 835.00
Friday: 6:00 pm – Midnight $1,055.00
Saturday 11:00 am – 6:00 pm $ 835.00
Saturday 6:00 pm – Midnight $1,055.00
Sunday Noon – 10:00 pm $ 835.00
The
above prices do not include sales tax.
ProKART requests a 14-day advance notice for booking,
if possible, to notify other customers.
Pricing subject to change without notification.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. A deposit of 50% of the minimum billing is
required to secure any exclusive event booking.
2. Cancellation policy: Provided notice is given 5
days or more prior to your event.

There is a 10% fee for cancellation
within 5 days or more prior to your event,
however there is no fee for a rescheduling
within that time.

There is a 20% charge for a cancellation,
reduction in time, or rescheduling within 24
hours to 5 days prior to your event.

There will be a 50% charge for a cancellation,
reduction in time, or rescheduling within 24
hours prior to your event, or if there is a no
call, no show.
3. If an exclusive event must be changed, your
deposit will be moved to another suitable date in
the next six (6) month period, provided notice is
given 30 days prior to the event date.
4. The balance of the fees will be paid at the
commencement of the event.
5. ProKART INDOORS advises all clients that consumption
of alcohol or other controlled substances before
or during a race event is not permitted.
ProKART
Reserves the right to refuse admission to any person
and reserves the right to cease providing racing
or instruction to any individual or group at any
given time without a reason.
