ProKART Burnsville's long awaited fleet of new karts has arrived!

The fleet of 22 EVO-4 Rimo karts arrived early Tuesday, April 22nd. We immediately began converting the karts to Methanol, and setting them up for our track. After three days of non stop work by our entire staff, the karts went in service Friday, April 26th.

We had always chosen Rimo karts in the past because of their race-kart like performance, appearance, lightness, and durability.  Our new karts are no exception to this. All of the new karts have the same basic features that have always made them great. These new karts also have many new exciting features that will provide you, our customers, an even more exciting racing experience.

• High Compression Pistons (Increase in torque helps come out of the corner faster)

• Adjustable Pedals (to help people of any size race more comfortably)

• Side mounted fuel tanks (the better weight distribution greatly improves handling)

• Double bearing steering columns (provides an extremely precise steering feel)

• Newly improved brake calipers (pedal feel and brake efficiency are perfect

• Weight Ballast Boxes (allows us to level the playing field in league races)

• Improved frame design (these karts handle like nothing we have ever driven)

• Revised exhaust system (10 karts racing sounds like 5 did before)

• Aluminum sprockets (much lighter than steel, which puts more power to the ground)

• Adjustable spindles (allows our mechanics to better dial in the handling of each kart)

• Smooth race seats (a very comfortable seat that insures that the driver stays clean)

• Full bodywork with front fairing (makes the kart look much sleeker)

• Redesigned throttle linkage (gives the driver a more progressive feel for the throttle)
